PLACE SAI appears in TPZ’s 2013 history. TPZ’s own introduction says the team established itself in Seongsu through PLACE SAI.
According to that account, the aim was to narrow the distance between creators and customers and strengthen creators’ position in distribution.
The account also traces the team’s work with creative directors, musicians, fashion designers, baristas and chefs back to this place.
