A Seongsu building open to the public below and to members above
PLATZ S is a space TPZ ran on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu. It appears in TPZ’s 2021 history and in the venue records of earlier projects.
TPZ’s brand introduction material from August 2022 described PLATZ S as a single building that brought together eating, drinking, shopping and working.
According to that material, the lower floors held groceries, homeware, food and beer along with a back yard open to the public, while the floors above held a working space for members. The back yard was also used to introduce other brands for set periods.
