Controller and purpose

The company legally registered in Korea as 주식회사 플라츠시티 processes personal data received through email enquiries to review TPZ project requests, reply, and conduct follow-up discussions.

Data processed

An email enquiry includes the sender email address and message content. We process a name, company or organisation, phone number, project information and attachments only when the sender includes them in the message.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for one year after the enquiry and any follow-up discussions are completed, then delete it. Data may be retained longer where applicable law requires it.

Processing through email

Email enquiries may be transmitted and stored through the email service providers used by the sender and by 주식회사 플라츠시티. This website does not directly receive or store the content of enquiries.
