Brunch by day, natural wine in the evening
Boyer was a brand TPZ ran on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu.
TPZ’s brand introduction material from August 2022 described Boyer as a natural wine and contemporary restaurant.
According to that material, lunch centred on brunch dishes and coffee, while the evening menu ran from simple appetisers to pasta, served with natural wine.
