A standing taco bar in Euljiro
Taqueria STAN was a taco shop TPZ ran in Euljiro from 2021 to 2022.
TPZ’s brand introduction material from August 2022 described Taqueria STAN as a standing taco bar set among the old signs and print shops of Euljiro.
According to that material, it was created with the STAN SEOUL team and chef Yoo Tae-hwa, who had cooked at Torst in New York, and the recipes came out of trips to Los Angeles and Mexico. Tequila was served alongside tacos for 1,500 won, and the shop often closed early once ingredients ran out.
