A local cafeteria at PLATZ 2
Beans and Flour was a cafeteria operated by TPZ at PLATZ 2. Its opening invitation described a place where the smell of baking bread met the sound of people gathering.
According to the invitation, it served casual brunch, bread and drinks to go with them. The opening menu included egg-salad sandwiches, grilled-chicken panini and croque monsieur.
Opening records listed blueberry pie, flan and pistachio among its signature baked goods.
