## Cowboy Ramen

A ramen bar below PLATZ S on Yeonmujang-gil

Cowboy Ramen was a ramen shop TPZ ran on the basement floor of PLATZ S on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongdong-gu. TPZ’s brand introduction material from August 2021 summed it up in one line: “East & West in the Bowl”.

The menu came before the shop. It was first tried out as a pop-up in February 2021, and the shop opened that June, serving shoyu ramen and mazesoba among other bowls. From October it opened seven days a week.

Shortly after opening, the TPZ content team photographed the menu and the space. The shop closed in 2022, and its closure was filed that August.
